This incense stand is designed to pair with Sen Incense sticks. It's made by a 16th-generation cast-iron artisan family that practices traditional Nanbu ironware techniques.

The texture of the cast iron stand is inspired by the traditional woodworking technique of naguri, where wood is scooped or hammered to bring a three-dimensional texture to flat surfaces.

Care

Keep your cast iron ware in a dry, well-ventilated place to prevent rusting.
The best way to remove ash residue is simply to brush or wipe it off with a dry dishcloth.
If washing to remove ash residue, please rinse with plain water, do not use soap or a scrub brush, and dry thoroughly to ensure no moisture is left behind.
For products with grooves, use a blow dryer to ensure all nooks are well-dried.
