Placing Orders for Goods

Order Refusal and Cancellation

If Your Order is canceled after payment has been processed, You will receive a refund using the original payment method.

Returns and Cancellation Rights

Goods may be returned only in accordance with these Terms and Our Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Returned Goods must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unused, undamaged, and complete with original packaging and documentation

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of returned Goods using the original payment method, without additional fees.

Non-Returnable Items

You do not have the right to cancel Orders for:

  • Customized or personalized Goods

  • Perishable or time-sensitive Goods

  • Goods unsealed after delivery for hygiene or health reasons

  • Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

  • Digital content once performance has begun with Your consent

Pricing and Payments

Prices may be updated at any time prior to Order acceptance.

Payments are processed as one-time transactions using available payment methods, including credit cards and third-party payment providers. Authorization is subject to Your payment provider’s approval.

Promotions

Promotions may be governed by separate rules. In the event of a conflict, Promotion-specific rules will prevail over these Terms.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account credentials and for all activity conducted under Your Account.

You agree to notify Us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Accounts that violate these Terms.

Intellectual Property

Feedback

Termination

“AS IS” Disclaimer

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Dispute Resolution

You agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting the Company before pursuing formal legal action.

EU and US Compliance

EU consumers retain mandatory rights under applicable local laws.
You represent that You are not subject to U.S. sanctions or export restrictions.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.

Language

If these Terms are translated, the English version shall prevail in the event of a dispute.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
